I have 8 years of working and therapy experience with groups and individuals from different nationalities. After graduating from psychology, I completed my master degree in Trauma. Since the pandemic period, I have started to provide online counseling and I continue to do so. Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Art therapies and Mindfulness-based approaches are the schools I use while doing therapy.
