I have 8 years of working and therapy experience with groups and individuals from different nationalities. After graduating from psychology, I completed my master degree in Trauma. Since the pandemic period, I have started to provide online counseling and I continue to do so. Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Art therapies and Mindfulness-based approaches are the schools I use while doing therapy.

Although these reactions occur after experiences that would be considered stressful for almost everyone (such as physical assault, traffic accident, sexual assault, or witnessing such life-threatening situations), the persistence of these symptoms may lead these reactions to a psychiatric disorder requiring treatment. transforms.


Obsessive-compulsive disorder is a mental illness that occurs as a result of obsessive thoughts affecting daily life and even vital activities. Obsession, which means obsessive thoughts and impulses, and compulsion, which means repetitive mental actions and behaviors, form the disease.


Generalized anxiety disorder is when individuals are constantly worried for no apparent reason, expect bad things to happen, and worry by seeing the worst side of every event.


Major depression is a set of symptoms in which disturbances in emotion, thought, behavior and bodily functions occur as a reflection of the deterioration and irregularities in the functions of the brain.
